Covington, Executive Director:
Mr. Covington oversees all aspects
of GGHDC. He is responsible for all operations including
physical and economic development projects, property management
and neighborhood beautification.
Lisa
Kiernan,
Senior Developer Specialist:
Ms. Kiernan coordinates and oversees all phases of project
development from identification of new projects through rent or
sale.
Cindy
Patillo,
Director of Operations:
Ms. Patillo is responsible for overseeing daily operations
including the property management companies, maintenance and
administration.
Bernadette
Prater,
Director of Housing and Energy Services:
Ms.
Prater is responsible for the marketing and sales of GGHDC
developed homes. She also implements advertising plans and maintains
the continuity of GGHDC's overall public relations activity.
